Briefso provides creator-led content production services, including but not limited to:

• Creator sourcing and matching
• Script development
• Content production and delivery
• Optional creator-led distribution

All services are provided on a project basis as defined per client brief and agreement.

All performance metrics, case studies, visual examples, and figures presented on this website or in any materials are:

• Illustrative only
• Not guarantees of performance
• Not universally applicable

Content performance may vary significantly depending on factors including but not limited to:

• Product-market fit
• Audience targeting
• Media spend and platform optimization
• External market conditions

Briefso makes no guarantees regarding:

• Return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Click-through rates (CTR)
• Engagement metrics
• Sales or conversions

The client acknowledges that all outcomes are variable and accepts full responsibility for campaign performance.

Projects begin only after full payment is received

Payment is required after creator selection and approval, and prior to production

If payment is not received:

• The project will not commence

All payments are:

• Final
• Non-refundable once received

Clients are responsible for timely communication and approvals.

Clients must actively engage within 30 days of payment

If the client becomes unresponsive beyond this period:

The project will be considered:

• Closed
• Completed from an operational standpoint
• Non-refundable

Each project includes:

• 2 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions:

• May incur additional fees

Approval is defined as:

• Any written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or other communication stating approval or acceptance

Once approval is given:

• The content is considered final
• Any further changes will require a new scope and cost

Upon full delivery and completion of the project:

• Clients receive usage rights for digital and social platforms

Usage rights:

• Are defined per project and may vary depending on creator agreements and scope

Rights are:

• Granted via agreements between Briefso and creators
• Licensed onward to the client

For any extensions or expanded usage:

• Clients must contact Briefso

Briefso does not control creators' personal platforms or behavior.

Briefso is not responsible for:

• Creator opinions
• Comments or interactions on creator platforms
• Public perception of creators

Clients are responsible for reviewing creators before approval.

If a client independently contacts a creator:

• They must inform Briefso

Influencer marketing in the UAE may require licenses.

Briefso is not responsible for:

• Regulatory compliance
• Influencer licensing
• Sponsored content disclosures

The client assumes full responsibility for compliance with UAE laws and platform rules.

Clients may not use Briefso services for:

• Illegal products or services
• Misleading or deceptive advertising
• Adult or explicit content

Briefso reserves the right to decline projects.

Briefso shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Content performance outcomes

Services are provided "as is".

Briefso is not responsible for delays due to events beyond its control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Briefso may update these Terms at any time.
